Features of Machine:
Screw appcy special design of mixing and plasticization function;
Coat hanger type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
1 temperature control to make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate;
Horinzontal, vertical or 45 tilt type, three roller calenders can be lifted freely;
Sheet thickness shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller
Separate roller temperature control system can make even sheet thickness
Winder with big torque motor, regulate its speed and tension force
Automatic meeting device can pre-set the length of product.
