PPR Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line /The advanced PP-R,PE-RT,PE,PEX pipe Extrusion Line/ Machine     Specifications:  PPR Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line /The advanced PP-R,PE-RT,PE,PEX pipe Extrusion Line/ Machine    Performance and advantage: Adopting the latest Germany techniques, we developed high-efficient extruder based on the special character of  PP-R,PEX, equipped with the high torque reducer,newly designed barrel with slot,LTM high-efficient screw etc. We really achieve better plasticization with low temperature. This line mainly consists of controlling system,extruder,die,calibration system,haul-off and cutting device,printer,stacking device and winder.  The special designed spiral basket structure of the extrusion die, ensures the flow distribution equally.  The calibration system and cooling system guarantee the high quality of the plastic pipes. Barrier type screw, by which the material can get good plasticizing at low temperature but high extrusion output. 
2. Barrel with feeding groove, material is 38CrMoAl and nitrogen treated, surface hardness is HRC 65-68, which can has a long use life. 
3. Millipore type mould with suitable inner compression ratio which can guarantee to produce high quality PPR pipes. 
4. High automatic level. The production line is controlled by PLC(touch screen). All parts, like extruder, haul off unit, cutter etc can be controlled by touch screen synchronously.
