Co-extrude PMMA-ABS and compound them together. Not only have the surface gloss characteristic of acrylic board, but also given consideration to ABS board shock-resistant advantage. The products apply to the fields of bath products widely, such as the bathtub, the shower cabinet, the vapour room, etc.
Application of ABS, HIPS refrigerator board:
Can be use in gallbladder in the refrigerator, door gallbladder, the drawer, water contained plate, etc.       Competitive Advantage: Incorporating with the strong technical strength of Zhejiang University and absorbing the advanced technique from overseas, our extrusion line has advantages such as high automation and reliability.  Three roller calendar Inclined and vertical three-roller calender should be chosen according to the thickness of the sheets. Temperature controller operates separately and gap among the three rollers can be adjusted freely, and the central roller has special design of regulating angle. Both ensure the excellent calendaring effect and even thickness of  sheets.
