Single Screw Extruder
1. The single screw plastic extruder has two-stage design and its high plasticization performance ensure high speed extrusion.
2. The extruder has special barriers and bm-integrated mixer designed to ensure the materials mixing effect. Low melting temperature of the single screw extruder ensures high shear materials.
3. Based on the high-speed high-quality, high-yield extrusion the extruder has high torque output of major thrust bearings.
4. The gear of the single screw extruder made by high-strength steel for the shaft, carburized and grinded treatment has high hardness, high smooth and low noise.
5. Automatic feeder of the high efficiency single screw extruder can effectively reduce labor intensity.

MACHINERUNNING TEST AND AFTER SERVICE When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container. When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine.
